🚚 Shipping Options

We currently offer shipping within the United States via the following carriers:

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL

You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.


📦 Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather and carrier delays.


🛡️ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.


💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye out 👀.


📍 Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your item is lost or damaged in transit, email us at admin@gannect.com within 3 business days of delivery.
